Although we have implemented stringent quality management practices for decades, this new certification gives our customers and vendors added assurance of our commitment to quality first.
ISO 9001:2015 – An International Standard of Quality
It is based on the plan-do-check-act methodology, which helps organizations establish, implement, monitor and measure their processes to deliver results that align with the organization’s requirements and continually improve performance by taking appropriate action.
The newly revised version is ISO 9001:2015. This is the first major revision of the standard since 2000, and it has been written with today’s business challenges in mind.
